On March 15th , the delegation of Japan Fukushima Medical University visited our hospital. Zhu Xiaoping, the director of Nursing Department, and Ye Linfeng, Deputy Director of the Office of Medical Affairs, attended the meeting.

After a welcome speech delivered by the Director of Nursing Department Zhu Xiaoping, Deputy Director of the Office of Medical Affairs Ye Linfeng gave an introduction to our hospital. The delegation was highly impressed by the development and scale of the hospital. Professor Satoshi Waguri hoped to strengthen the cooperation between two institutions to programs such as short-term doctors exchange. After an in-depth communication, the delegation was shown around the Urology Department and Emergency Department.

Fukushima Medical University was founded in 1944. It is a public university which has practiced higher education in 1950. Wuhan university and Fukushima Medical University’s initial cooperation dates back to 1999.
